Intel’s Pat Gelsinger and AMD’s Lisa Su Seek out ZutaCore at Computex 2024

You know you're onto something amazingly big when the CEOs of Intel and AMD go out of their way to come see your CEO and get a demonstration of your cutting-edge two-phase, direct-to-chip liquid cooling technology.

And that is precisely what happened at last week’s Computex show in Taiwan!

Liquid cooling was a hot topic at Computex and ZutaCore^®’s HyperCool^® technology was front and center throughout the exhibit hall with its ability to cool the hottest processors up to 2800 watts with no water, 100 percent heat-reuse and little to no modification to current real estate or cooling systems.  In the Wiwynn booth, there was a demonstration of HyperCool technology cooling the NVIDIA Grace Blackwell GB200 super chip inside a Wiwynn AI server with cooling capacity starting at 132kW per rack.  And in Pegatron’s nearby Beitou District office, the Pegatron team showcased a suite of HyperCooled servers – including its latest 2U 2-socket general purpose Mack Server -  running NVIDIA H100, H200, and GB200 Grace Blackwell GPUs as well as Intel Xeon 6700-series processors and AMD SP5 CPUs.
